Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduate Project Engineer (Supervisory Staff)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in explosive manufacturing OR Ex-Graduate Apprentice from Ordnance Factories.
2. Skilled Worker (AOCP)
- Qualification: Matriculation + NAC/NTC (NCVT) in AOCP Trade.
- Feeder Trades: Agar AOCP candidates nahi milte, toh IMCP, MMCP, LACP, Fitter, Machinist, Turner trades ko bhi mauka milega.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 Years (Relaxation as per Govt rules).
Selection Process
Selection bina kisi written exam ke hoga:
- Engineers: B.E/B.Tech marks (85% weightage) + Interview (15% weightage).
- AOCP: NCVT marks (80% weightage) + Trade Test (20% weightage).
